At Flawless MediSpa, we take your privacy seriously. We understand that your personal information is sensitive and we are committed to protecting it. We collect only the information necessary to provide you with the best possible service and we never share it with third parties without your consent. As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders for clients and require notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Clients must provide a 24-hour notice for appointments less than 2 hours to cancel or reschedule. A 48-hour notice is required for appointments 2 hours or longer or group appointments. Canceled appointments will be charged a minimum of $75, and no shows $150—the fee will be explained at the time of booking.

If you arrive at most 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule your appointment to ensure the appointments of other clients are maintained.


Since popular times fill up quickly, we encourage you to book your appointments a few weeks to ensure you get the day and time you want. At the time of booking, we’ll ask for a credit card or gift certificate number to guarantee your appointment, some appointments may also require a non-refundable deposit to hold the appointment time. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your first appointment to fill out intake paperwork, it may also be completed in advance using your online account.

If you’re running late, please give us a call so we can make the necessary adjustments to your appointment.

Please call 360-545-3375  for policies and availability. Special requirements may apply to bookings of three or more people. Please note there is a 72-hour cancellation policy for groups.


  • Eligibility for Returns: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards

    • Opened or used products

    • Personal care items such as skincare, cosmetics, or any product that has been tampered with.


We strive to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with their purchases and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.


  • Items purchased during a promotion or sale are final sale and not eligible for return, unless the product is defective.


  • All Services Are Final Sale: All services are non-refundable once rendered.

    • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unhappy with a service you received, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll gladly issue a Flawless MediSpa e-gift credit to be used for future treatments.
